Plus, as a Cathlic pregnancy coach, I will teach you how to actually trust God in your pregnancy, labor, and delivery so you can be confidently and joyfully prepared for the vocation of motherhood.

WHAT IS CATHOLIC PREGNANCY COACHING?As a Catholic pregnancy coach, my job is to help you navigate this season of tremendous physical and mental change! Even if you have an awesome OB (and especially if you don't), this is your place to ask alllllll of your questions like
- How can I alleviate (insert pregnancy symptom of the week)?
- What should I be eating (or not eating)?
- How can I prepare for labor?
- What should I put on my birth plan?
- Is it normal to feel ___(fill in the blank!)___?
Most importantly, you'll have a space to be seen as an individual daughter of God on an incredible and unique journey to motherhood. I'm here to listen, offer advice, answer questions, and pray with and for you as you navigate pregnancy and prepare for motherhood.

PREPARING FOR MOTHERHOOD
There's so much to do when prepping for a new baby...setting up the nursery, washing 1,297 onesies, and test driving strollers.
But how are you preparing for motherhood?
Think about it: We attend religion classes for years prior to the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation. Couples go to Pre-Cana or other marriage prep process, and priests attend seminary for years before Holy Orders.
So why not prepare for motherhood in the same way?
It's natural to focus all of your prep on baby, but the best thing you can give your baby is a mother who is joyfully prepared for this new vocation.
Think of Catholic pregnancy coaching as your motherhood preparation class. Because God designed pregnancy, labor, and birth not just to give birth to a child, but also to give birth to a mother. And this vocation deserves to be preparation too.
