Feel too rushed at your OB to get your questions answered? Tired of conflicting Google searches and scrolling judgy pregnancy discussion boards? Imagine having someone walk with you throughout pregnancy, empowering you in this pivotal time in your physical, mental, and spiritual life.
That's exactly what I do as a pregnancy coach! Catholic pregnancy coaching is a 1:1 accompaniment experience from pregnancy to postpartum. You can ask questions, receive guidance on preparing for labor and birth, and discuss all of the options you have (not just the ones presented as "routine").
Plus, as a Cathlic pregnancy coach, I will teach you how to actually trust God in your pregnancy, labor, and delivery so you can be confidently and joyfully prepared for the vocation of motherhood.
BOOK CATHOLIC PREGNANCY COACHING
In an ideal world, this kind of support would be offered at your doctor's office. But our traditional medical system has failed pregnant women by seeing them as an inconvenience or statistics, not people.
So as a Catholic pregnancy coach, I provide that space for you to receive dignified, wholistic care unique to you. I don't take the place of medical prenatal care; rather, I accompany you in all aspects of your pregnancy so that you can fully process and embrace this season.
Here, you aren't rushed, made to feel like you're asking "stupid questions," or pressured to make certain decisions about you and your baby's care.
My goal is to help you to see pregnancy as one of the holiest times of your life - not because all of the aspects of it are pleasant, because they 100% aren't - but because it can be one of the most deeply moving and spiritual experiences of your life with the right accompaniment.
You know that whole, you look back on your life and see God's plan unfolding thing? Yeah, that's 100% me because
It's my honor to walk with you, pray with you, and convict you of the holiness of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
I WANT YOU AS MY PREGNANCY COACH!
There's so much to do when prepping for a new baby...setting up the nursery, washing 1,297 onesies, and test driving strollers.
But how are you preparing for motherhood?
Think about it: We attend religion classes for years prior to the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation. Couples go to Pre-Cana or other marriage prep process, and priests attend seminary for years before Holy Orders.
So why not prepare for motherhood in the same way?
It's natural to focus all of your prep on baby, but the best thing you can give your baby is a mother who is joyfully prepared for this new vocation.
Think of Catholic pregnancy coaching as your motherhood preparation class. Because God designed pregnancy, labor, and birth not just to give birth to a child, but also to give birth to a mother. And this vocation deserves to be preparation too.
