People plan and God laughs - but what if we could create a Catholic birth or postpartum plan that accounts for God's will while also communicating your unique choices in labor and delivery and after the baby arrives? Let's create a plan that helps you integrate faith into your labor, delivery, and postpartum and gets your whole birth team on the same page!
Planning sessions may also take place virtually, which means they are a great option for anyone who may not have access to a Catholic doula in their area, but want to have a plan that integrates their faith into the labor and deliver process!
BOOK YOUR CATHOLIC BIRTH or postpartum PLANNING SESSION
(Catholic birth plans are included as part of Catholic pregnancy coaching or can be booked separate above.)
I know what you're thinking - "Why can't I just communicate what I want in the moment?" Trust me...you'll be more occupied with getting a human out of you!
But seriously, having a birth plan helps you to remember your goals when all other rational throughts fly out of your head. And even more importantly, you won't have to communicate them to your husband or doctors in between contractions.
Plus, reviewing your options ahead of time gives you a chance to think and pray on how you want your birth experience in a calmer enviornment. Let me assure you - you DON'T want to be trying to make these choices while in transition!
HELP ME PLAN AHEAD!
Creating your Catholic birth & Postpartum plans with me is so much more than just filling out a template online. It's individualized to create your plan as a unique daughter of God!
During our virtual meeting, I go over each of the choices available to you, what they mean, and what actually happens in each, which is especially helpful if you're a first-time mom or dad.
My job is not to make those choices for you, but rather to present and explain all of the options from my extensive birth training so you can make an informed choice.
And because I'm a Catholic doula with a master's in Theology, I can also share ways that my clients have integrated prayer and faith into labor and delivery to invite God into the process.
